Withdrawing on MSport is straightforward. Log in to your account and go to the "Withdraw" option. Enter the amount and confirm your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number. Once submitted, funds typically arrive within 5 to 15 minutes. If your KYC verification is pending, your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours. Large withdrawal requests made after 11 PM may be processed the following morning. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.

There are a few reasons your account may be locked. Repeated incorrect password attempts will trigger a temporary lock — wait 15–30 minutes or use the password reset option. If an unusual login pattern is detected (such as a login from a different country), MSport may temporarily suspend your account for security purposes, and a verification message will be sent to your registered mobile number.
