Promotions
MSport regularly runs tournaments and leaderboard competitions — especially during major cricket or football seasons. No separate registration is needed; simply place bets on the designated games or matches during the event period and you'll automatically appear on the leaderboard.

Leaderboards are generally ranked on two criteria: (1) total winnings, or (2) highest multiplier. Depending on the tournament's terms, one or both methods may apply.

Prizes are typically distributed among the top 10 to 50 finishers. First place can earn up to ৳50,000 in cash or bonuses — exact amounts are specified in each event's terms. Prizes are credited to your account within 72 hours of the event ending. Active tournament listings Voucher page available.

Platform
Changing the language on the MSport website or app is simple. Look for the language/globe icon in the top-right corner of the page or in the hamburger menu on the app. Tap it to see the list of available languages.

MSport currently supports Bengali (Bangladesh), English, and several other languages. Selecting Bengali will display the entire interface — menus, betting slip, and notifications — all in Bengali.

To change the language in the app: Settings → Language → Bengali (or your preferred language) → Save. Clearing browser cookies may reset your language setting — just select it again if that happens. Changes made while logged in will be remembered on your next login.

Betting
MSport displays odds in Decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward for Bangladeshi users. You can also switch to Fractional (e.g. 2/1) or American format.

Decimal (simplest):
Winnings = Stake × Odds
Example: ৳1,000 stake × 1.85 odds = ৳1,850 total return (profit: ৳850)

Fractional odds explained (what 2/1 means):
2/1 = ৳2 profit for every ৳1 staked. A ৳1,000 bet returns ৳2,000 profit, with a total payout of ৳3,000.

Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning — but a bigger payout if you do. Choose your preferred format in Account Settings.

Account
MSport lets you temporarily suspend or permanently close your account — all part of our responsible gaming commitment.

Temporary Break (Cooling-Off):
Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cooling-Off Period. Choose 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.

Self-Exclusion (Long-Term):
To suspend for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently, email support at support@msport.im. Your request will take effect within 24 hours.

Permanent Deletion:
Submit a written request to support. If you have a remaining balance, withdraw it first. Once deleted, opening a new account with the same number may not be possible. For details, Responsible Gaming page available.

Betting
On MSport On the Sports Events page you'll find football, tennis, badminton, kabaddi, volleyball, and dozens of other sports. The approach is the same — pick an event, choose a market, and place your bet.

Popular football betting markets:
  • 1X2 (Home Win / Draw / Away Win)
  • Over/Under Goals (total goals over or under 2.5)
  • Both Teams to Score (BTTS)
  • Handicap Bet
  • Half-Time/Full-Time Result
Cricket offers markets like session bets, run totals, and wickets that football doesn't have. The live betting process is the same across all sports — place bets at real-time odds while the match is in progress. If you're new, pre-match betting is the easier place to start.

Payment
The minimum deposit on MSport depends on your chosen payment method:

Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket):
Minimum ৳200 — instant credit, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction.

Bank Transfer / Net Banking:
Minimum ৳1,000 — processing takes 1–3 business days, though typically done within 3–6 hours.

A few important things to note:
— Deposit a minimum of ৳500 to claim your welcome bonus.
— MSport does not charge any fees on deposits.
— Multiple deposits can be made on the same day.
— Bank transfers may be delayed between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

Real-Time Live Scores:
On the Sports Events page Head to the Live tab for second-by-second updates on scores, overs, wickets, and goals across all ongoing matches. No login required.

Live Streaming (Video):
Video streaming is available for selected matches — you must be logged in and have either an active bet on the match or at least one bet placed within the last 24 hours. Not all matches have streaming; in those cases, a live animation tracker is shown instead.
