MSport Terms & Conditions — Must Read Before Membership

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the MSport platform and its users ("Members"). MSport is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

By registering on MSport or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Each person may hold only one account on MSport. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keep your account password and login credentials secure.
• The account must not be shared with or transferred to any third party.
• Report any suspicious activity to support immediately.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure.

To open an account and participate in betting or gaming on MSport, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must bet with your own funds — betting with borrowed money is not permitted.
• Accounts may not be operated from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Family members of MSport employees are not eligible to participate.

MSport supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit — in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• MSport reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious transactions.
• Failed deposits will be refunded within 24 hours.

All bets on MSport are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled — though a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.

• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated time for live betting.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• MSport reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error in odds display.
• MSport may void late bets placed during live betting.
• Exploiting obvious odds errors may result in bet cancellation and account suspension.
• A maximum bet limit per account applies for each match.

MSport regularly offers welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special event bonuses. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the Voucher page.

• Eligibility requirements must be met to claim a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account closed.
• Two bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• MSport reserves the right to discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are available to registered and verified accounts only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering with multiple accounts or a false identity.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activities.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Betting using computer bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds on the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account or hacking.

• Information provided during registration will only be used for platform operations.
• Your information will not be sold to third parties.

MSport reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false identity or inaccurate information.
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactive for an extended period (24 months).

If a balance exists at the time of account closure and no violations are found, the remaining funds will be returned.

MSport strives to provide the highest standard of safe and reliable service. However, MSport is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet connection issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment services.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Login credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.

MSport reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered mobile number or email.
